If i delete my madden 11 info for ps3 will i have to enter my redeem code again to play online?

I want to restart my maddden ultimate team because ive gotten stuck and wanted to delete madden 11 info from my hard drive but im worried that if i do this than i wont be able to play online anymore. If i do this do i need to re enter the redeem code to play online and if i do will it work again.
