What Madden 11 team should I use online?

I’ve never really gotten into the online Madden scene until I bought Madden 11. I have just always played my buddies at my house or at a friends house and I have always been really good and I never lose. But as soon as I play an online game all that changes. I think my online record is like 15 – 23… Is there a specific team or teams I could use when I play online to get an advantage?? Appreciate the help.
You really have to find a team that fits your style of play.
I use the Vikings because I like to chew up the clock and keep their defense on the field.
Another player may use the saints to air it out.

yea im 11-2 n i use titans r the parthers r vikings..only use these teams if your running game is good
