What are the running/ball carrying controls in madden 09 for ps3?

I know the right analog stick( up/truck left and right are juke left right, I think back is step back) O is spin and I don’t remember what X is or what anything else is. Also do you throw harder if you hold the button down.
Square is to dive tackle
Triangle is to Jump
X is Stiff arm
You do not throw harder holding the button down, but if you point the left analog stick in the direction your throwing, you can throw harder and more accurate. It takes some getting used to.
